Once just a small butcher shop in the city, "SATOU" now operates five restaurants and take out specialty stores in Kichijoji, Ginza, Tsukiji, and Akabane, including butcher shops, delis, and steak houses.
Matsusaka beef has long been cherished in Japan. With the desire to revive the delicious taste of the past, we have created our original brand of Wagyu beef, known as "Inishie Wagyu", together with our contracted farmers.
